Survival
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
I survived the first week of school. So did the students. * grin *
We just got back from Luna, New Mexico. We went to get our 5th wheel that we left on his parents property the week of July 4th. The weather was beautiful and the company was great! The drive home was not as pleasant as his truck over heated. He just replaced the entire cooling system, hoses, water pump, radiator, and thermostat. We’re not sure what the problem was. It should have taken us about three hours to get home, but took us nearly five hours. UGH!
Good news is we made it safe and sound.

My too, I didn't take all of my chillens with me. They all went in different directions. Daughter(1) had acting classes, and my son had to work. I took only daughter(2) with me. And he didn't take any of his kids as they went out of town with their mother.
It was good to be home safe and sound.

My home work was done before we left for Luna. Unless you are talking about our bedroom homework... hehe... That was taken care of the morning we left. Then we checked it over that night before we went to sleep.

Sorry to read about the truck breaking down - that had to be frustrating and I hope it gets worked out soon. Hugs and kisses to you {=}

Yes we definitely had a guardian angel watching over us. It is also a plus that he is an excellent mechanic and can work on cars, and keeps his tools with him at all times.

Thanks, we have an idea of what it may be, it's finding the time to fix it.

What a coincidence you asked. This year we implemented a whole new system for behavior code. A lady from Girls and Boys Town came and trained us on a Well Managed Classroom. The hardest part for some of the students is to apologize for disrupting class. * giggle *

Quoting spunky11961: Kool, but then wish the truck was kool to.... thinking maybe the tranny?
~jeff
He's a thinking it could be a blown head gasket. His next guess is the distributor. I'll suggest the tranny to him and see what he says. His father is a life long mechanic. Had his own shop for 20 years. The two of them will figure it out.
