DREAM, D:REAM AND COX EXPOSED

This post is my contribution to the thirtieth virtual symposium diligently coordinated by the cult leaderess, pocogato12. Please visit the Virtual Symposium Group’s #30 MAY TOPIC: DREAMS place to LINK is HERE on 5/1 post to read other contributions to the 'Dreams' virtual symposium.

I rarely remember my dreams. Scientists have found that within five minutes of waking up half of a person’s dream has been forgotten and that after ten minutes 90 percent has been forgotten.

Only fragments of my dreams can be recalled, whether it’s me flying, a tap dripping or a ball bouncing.

In my teenage years I had a very erotic dream - I’m not sure whether it was a wet one - about a frizzy-haired topless woman wearing a denim jacket. I blogged about this dream for the previous virtual symposium on dreams - please see my I LIKE DREAMING IN DENIM post.

I know many people like interpreting their dreams but I attach very little significance to my dreams.

Do you regularly remember your dreams?
Do you think dreams can be interpreted in a meaningful way?

D:Ream, see above photo, were a 1990s British pop group. They had a number one hit with Things Can Only Get Better in 1994. The Labour Party used the song as part of its general election campaign in 1997. The song is synonymous with Tony Blair’s New Labour, but unfortunately D:Ream’s title never came true!

D:Ream’s keyboard player was Brian Cox, see photo below, who is now the Professor of Particle Physics at the University of Manchester. He is also the BBC’s face of space on television. However, it’s less widely known that Brian Cox only played keyboards when D:Ream was playing live; D:Ream’s lead singer Peter Cunnah played the keyboards in the recording studios. Brian Cox was good but he wasn't that good!

Also less widely known is that a sex doll was modelled on Brian Cox. This bit of news was reported by the Sunday Sport newspaper, so it must be true! A lot of my female friends quite fancy Brian Cox but they have all stopped short of sampling his love doll.

Have you noticed how sex dolls are often called love dolls nowadays?!

Oh yes, it was there and i haven't see it.
Oh no I do not often remember my dreams but when they wake me I note them. No doubt they must mean things but I do not know what, but some sensations are so nice ...

I used to journal my dreams but now I remember what I remember. I dream vividly and have that cinematic visual thing - there's a term for it but unless I see my shrink again, i'll never remember it. it's neuro based, happens right before you sleep?

never mind............this was fun.

You cannot conceive the many without the one.

I don't often remember my dreams but when I do they always come true. I don't like that very much.

I do not dream often but when I do it's in color, and they are usually short and vanish within 5 minutes of waking unless I talk about them

Yes, I remember my dreams. Mostly the ones that are very intense. Some of them I will always remember. Dreams have a purpose, otherwise we would not have them. I believe that dreams are the subconscious mind communicating with the conscious mind. Understanding them can be done.

Do you regularly remember your dreams? Not usually for long though I do remember some recurring dreams I had when I was a kid.

Do you think dreams can be interpreted in a meaningful way? Sometimes.

Have you noticed how sex dolls are often called love dolls nowadays?! Language seems to be getting very twisted doesn't it? Unless of course people are actually in love with their dolls. In which case maybe it is the people who are getting twisted.

Do you regularly remember your dreams? I do , or at least small parts of them

Do you think dreams can be interpreted in a meaningful way? Maybe only by those "experts" that can not get a real job. Not really sure if it meaningful though

Do you regularly remember your dreams?
Regularly, I suppose, but that doesn't mean often.

Do you think dreams can be interpreted in a meaningful way?
Sure- it's done in politics and numerology all the time. That doesn't make the interpretations true, but like fortune telling and other religions, you gotta believe! I think dreams have whatever significance you attach to them.

Have you noticed how sex dolls are often called love dolls nowadays?!
I heard a story about a guy who showed up at the local emergency room with a Barbie doll stuck up his ass. Does that make Barbie a love doll?

Can not remember nothing, only the fact I had a dream! I prefer the scientist Cox...."we are all doomed, hey ho", than the pin up!

Do you regularly remember your dreams?
Not usually....occasionally I do.

Do you think dreams can be interpreted in a meaningful way?
Sometimes can be interpreted...too much stress in your life or maybe emotional conflict can manifest into weird dreams!

Since your post, I've been busy testing whether a hardon cox can destroy a pussy and I can report that the hypothesis cannot be proven!

I go by that motto, I remember what I remember, which is the reason why I don't take photos. I always prefer remembering what things were like in my past than seeing a photo of me in my past with an awful sense of dress and haircut!

Like you I think dreams have a purpose. It's just whether we as humans can understand that purpose, presumably an evolutionary purpose.
