NAKED ANIMALS IN SNOW

been watching the antics of squirrels in my back yard.... they have tunnels under the snow, and you never know where they will pop up

These are just awesome. I had seen the fox one in a note from my sister. The last two animals are going to be frozen together!

My favourite animal in snow is one of my daughter's dogs. He is tiny, pure white with black nose and eyes and when we get a decent covering of snow all you can see are his eyes and nose.

All my dogs have hunted like that fox, diving in head first. And that's my favorite animal in the snow- any hunting canine. It's uncanny the way they can see and hear movement and smell a critter under deep snow.
