I'd hate to think about how many laws there may be in the various states let alone the world that could be used to harass someone by an overbearing asshole looking to mess with someone. When you have places that mutilate young girls/women just to prevent them from getting any enjoyment from sexual activity or masturbation then something needs to be done. Bien sûr, l'information et l'éducation concernant les maladies sexuellement transmissibles sont du ressort du gouvernement mais elles peuvent être efficaces en restant neutre, pas de condamnation et pas d'apologie. I do not like the idea that a government legislates about the sexual habits of individuals , religions do that very well and like many French I think that religions do not have to interfere in the affairs of governments. Of course , information and education about sexually transmitted diseases are the responsibility of the government but they can be effective in remaining neutral , no conviction and no apology .
