I am not a grammar Nazi. I feel there are too many important matters to single out a poorly executed sentences. That said, I will correct anyone that acts me a question. No matter what you call it, "yummy!" would be my name for the meat.

I've never eaten buffalo or bison meat.....don't intend to either. I would think good grammar is pretty important. Well Buffalo is a proper noun and buffalo is a type of animal so I have a horrible feeling it could possibly be a grammatically correct sentence....though why anyone would want to use it is beyond me.
