In a plastic bowl, add and mix together one teaspoonful of coconut oil, one teaspoonful of honey, one teaspoonful of vitamin E cream and one egg white 2. Heat mixture in a microwave for 20 seconds 3. Apply to the vagina for 15 minutes after a 20-minute vaginal steaming 4. Rinse off the lotion with rose water Lisa Palmer claimed that women who perform a daily vagi-facial for one week and a weekly vagi-facial thereafter, along with regular exercising of pelvic floor muscles, will notice the difference in three to six months! "Younger men say I have the vagina of a 25-year-old", she declared; "The haggard looking vaginas of Britain need some natural remedial help to achieve a youthful vagina"! Lisa Palmer’s vaginal facial was recently tested live on the daytime television show, This Morning - see the photos above. Three women volunteered, including a 74-year old woman with a 30-year old boyfriend. Though I don’t use any lotions and potions on my body, I have started production of my lotion for skin care.
