HUMOUR FRIDAY

I’ve got a friend who’s a butler and has a missing left hand. Serves him right!

Most people are terrible at counting calories, and they have the figures to prove it.

A priest once dreamt that he was giving a sermon; he woke up and found that he was.

One pedestrian is knocked over on the street every hour. And, quite frankly, he’s getting sick and tired of it.

I have a magic car; the other day it turned into a street.

One of my colleagues spent years trying to find a cure for his very bad breath only to find that no one liked him anyway.

A man walks into the doctor’s. The doctor enquires what his problem was. The man said, "Doctor, I have five penises." The doctor asked, "Well, how do your trousers fit?" The man replies, "Like a glove."

A hole has been found in the ladies’ changing rooms at the sports club. The police are looking into it.

I was complimented on my driving the other day. When I returned to my car, there was a note left on my windscreen that read, Parking Fine.

A man walks up to a house and knocks on the door. When the door opens, he says, "Hello, I’m looking for the people who live here." "Well", says the man at the door, "you’ve come to the right place."

How funny are you?
How would you describe your sense of humour?
What comedians do you find most funny?

Everyone says they have a good sense of humour even people who seem to have no sense of humour. If I had to describe my sense of humour, I would use the words absurd, dry, cruel, offbeat and -like - ’s jokes are often the best!

My all-time favourite comedian is (or rather was) Joan Rivers. Other comedians I like are Catherine Tate, Eric Morecambe, Lee Mack, Les Dawson, Peter Kay, Ronnie Corbett, Steve Coogan, Steve Martin and Tim Vine.

I’ve never found Monty Python at all funny!

That was very funny, got me right at fits like a glove. I suppose you swiped it of some other site; I don't care, because you've made me laugh.

How funny are you? Oh I don't think I am very funny, do you?
How would you describe your sense of humour? I'm sure it is a combination but there may just be a touch of gallows humor/humour in there. There are at least twenty different types of humor.
What comedians do you find most funny? Dylan Moran, Craig Shoemaker, Dudley Moore, John Pinette, John Oliver, Robin Williams, Abbott and Costello, George Carlin, lots and lots ...
Often you make me laugh. Just as often you make me cry.

How funny are you?
I reckon I'm not the best judge of that. You haven't blocked me yet....

How would you describe your sense of humour?
Broad.

What comedians do you find most funny?
I think you're funny as all get-out. I also like Bill Burr, Colin Quinn, Amy Schumer, Bill Maher, Rita Rudner, Margaret Cho. Jeb Bush is a stitch, but he doesn't know it.

I LOVED Monty Python. John Cleese is da bomb!

I have heard lots of jokes, but whenever someone asks me to tell them one I draw a blank.

I do have a wicked sense of humor.

I liked stand-up comedy a lot more before the world became so PC. Comedians like:
Eddie Murphy
George Carlin
Richard Pryor
Dennis Leary
Sam Kinison
Robbin Williams
Andrew 'Dice' Clay

There are still a few raunchy comedians today.

Read my diary Journal of a Taxi Driver for taxi stories and pictures of flowers and trees.

Perfect cartoon, at the beginning, to set the tone. I think I'm more witty than funny.

I like comedians that narrate the funny side of common parts of life. I deplore those that oversaturate their humor with profanity.

Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

It's a bit difficult to assess how funny you are I think.....you'd have to ask other people.

My sense of humour....dry, naughty, childish at times.

It took me a while to grow into Monty Python. My favourite comedians??? Dave Allen and Dawn French.

I find humor in most things but I am not sure this makes me funny.

My sense of humor, quick.

Robin Williams, George Carlin, Sam Kinison, Jim Breuer, Brett Butler...this list could go on for days.

There is a difference between a good BJ and a bad BJ.

As individuals, the Monty Python comedians are funny but when together their humour just doesn't work for me.

I don't have a dood memory for jokes either. I tend to carry one or two jokes around with me at any given time.

I think, like you, I'm perhaps more witty than funny. I tend to get smiles and sniggers than laughs and guffaws.
