ROYAL BLUE BALLS    Royal blue is the designated colour for the Testicular Cancer Society’s Testicular Cancer Awareness Month. April is all about checking men’s balls! I regularly check my balls but quite often, particularly after a shower, my hands just aren’t big enough to handle my balls. And no I don’t have tiny hands! Thankfully the NHS offers a free testicle examination, which I make use of every week. At the check-up, the nurse asks that I have a shower and then joins me for a very thorough examination of my balls. This is a free service; it’s hardly surprising the NHS is very popular amongst men! How many testicles have you checked or will be checking this month? On a related note, blue balls is a condition where fluid builds up in a man’s balls, often accompanied by swelling and pain. Not all men experience blue balls, but doctors believe it’s caused by unsatisfied sexual arousal. In their 2000 article '"Blue Balls": A Diagnostic Consideration in Testiculoscrotal Pain in Young Adults' published in the Pediatrics journal, Jonathan Chalett and Lewis Nerenberg concluded that the only known treatment for big balls is “sexual release” through fucking, getting sucked off or wanking! I only check my own! I have never been diagnosed with blue balls but if that pain feels like you've been kicked there,  then I think I have had the colored ones a couple times!
