Cs BEFORE Ss  It’s said that a man’s early morning routine often involves the three Ss - shit, shower and shave. My morning routine is the three Cs - cigarette, coffee and computer. The three Ss come later on in the day. My three Cs can be turned into three Ss - smoke a cigarette, sip coffee and start up the computer. My morning routine rarely varies. I enjoy good routines whether it’s a weekday or a weekend morning! Generally, what are the first three things you do after you wake up in the morning? Do you vary your morning routines?  |

Generally, what are the first three things you do after you wake up in the morning? Rush to the bathroom Start the coffee Check on the brutes in their runs Do you vary your morning routines? When I am home, I seldom change , just seems a good flow for me

Make coffee, make lunches for the group, wait around to wake them when it is time. I live to serve.

Pee, tea, and Gracie- although Gracie is often what gets me up. She comes into the bedroom and lays her chin on the side of the bed. Every so often she'll lick my face, and she'll keep it up until I get up. Then PD makes my breakfast. I'm terribly spoiled. Who would want to vary that routine? First thing I do is a mini-yoga workout in bed. Limbering up the joints and back prior to putting stress on them... Second off, I open my computer while making my coffee. Third off, do my email, messages on Af*f, think about my blog post of the day, writing of the day, while I drink my coffee. Not sexy, I know! Happy HNW! Look at the clock, bathroom and turn on the kettle.....there used to be a cigarette in there straight after the clock but I have at last succeeded in giving them up.  ~~Anais Nin~~

ok..........take a hot shower....jerk ..off... and then eat breakfast..... blue

I really don't have a routine, maybe I lack the discipline to structure one. From morning to morning, what I do in the minutes and hours after waking varies considerably.
