I HAVE A CRUSH  I have a crush on the BBC weather presenter Louise Lear - see above. I don’t know why but I think she has 'fuck-me' eyes - and I mean 'fuck-me' not 'fuck-you' eyes. I believe she wants to fuck me not fuck you - in my dreams! She has a wedding ring on her finger. I also enjoy watching the BBC weather presenter Carol Kirkwood who regularly appears on the BBC Breakfast show in figure-hugging clothes - see below with a doing what dogs do! The BBC Breakfast presenter Bill Turnbull flirts outrageously with Carol Kirkwood when she presents her weather bulletin. One innuendo-loaded exchange between the two involved Bill Turnbull saying to Carol Kirkwood, “There’s a lot of interest in your isobars this morning.” He then asked, “Are they tightly packed?” She replied that the isobars were “getting a good squeeze.” Do you take a keen interest in weather forecasts? Do you have a favourite weather presenter? When was your last crush? Another weather presenter I’ve enjoyed is Des Coleman - see below - who used to regularly present local weather reports on BBC’s East Midlands Today. He used to speak in -style as he was presenting the weather bulletins. I loved it! A few years ago, Des Coleman was sacked by BBC's East Midlands Today from presenting the weather because he used one of his live weather reports to declare his innocence on a firearms charge he was then facing. He was later cleared of the charge after a court trial.   |

I watch the weather all the time... I even check it online! I don't have a favorite as we only have one!

I do have an interest in weather forecasts- I drove a truck for over forty years! But my favorite weather girl doesn't really help me figure out the weather- she speaks Spanish on Univision,the spanish language channel. Living on the coast and enjoying boating, we have to watch the weather. But I don't usually watch it on TV. I get my weather info from on-line sources and my own backyard station.

Since the BBC changed their weather charts about ten-plus years ago, I can't follow them. I never know whether it's not sunny or rainy from the charts. Brown is such a bad colour as a background colour for weather. Now I just watch the weather presenters perform.

British weather is very changeable though never too extreme. The British can't handle extreme weather.

Haha, crushes on television presenters is as old as television itself. If I have to go out in the weather the next day, I will take more interest in the weather bulletins but my smartphone has a feature that gives a very accurate four day forecast so if I miss the weather bulletin, it's not a big deal as I can just look at my home screen on my phone. The field for weather is front and centre. I actually haven't had any favourite weather presenters for about twenty years... I love the ones with unusual quirkiness and many of our current ones are soulless and interchangeable. I used to think Brian Bury was a hoot, he was sometimes outrageously camp. I have constant crushes, whether it is on this site or in the offline world and yes, on television too... I have had a crush on you since the early days of me being on NPC...
