TOO MUCH DENIM?

TOO MUCH DENIM?  Above are Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake wearing coordinated outfits at the 2001 American Music Awards. Is this a good look? Recently I went to work wearing a pair of denim jeans, a denim shirt and a denim jacket. The self-appointed fashion police at work thought my look was distinctly unfashionable; I had to update them on what fashion is! I could have dressed more fashionable if I also wore my denim pants, denim socks, denim handkerchief, denim hat, denim scarf, denim gloves, denim belt, denim wristwatch, denim bangle, denim headband and denim shoes, plus a pack of denim condoms poking out of my jeans pocket! What’s the most denim you’ve worn at one time? Can someone ever wear too much denim? How fashion-conscious are you? I love wearing denim. I think wearing denim jeans is a great way for men to show off their assets. My assets below sometimes give my jeans a hard time. I’ve written to Levi Strauss & Co asking them to make my favourite jeans for men with bulge issues. They haven’t replied yet, probably because I didn’t write a letter as I have no such issues with my bulge!   |

I hardly ever wear denim....I prefer softer more fluid materials. I actually think that if they want to people can wear as much denim as they like but personally the photo of Britney and Justin is just a bit too "twee" for my liking!  I am not as fashion conscious now as I was when I was younger. ~~Anais Nin~~

I have worn jacket and jeans... There could be such a thing as too much, but I wouldn't be wearing it! I am not fashion conscious, just comfortable!

too much...maybe depending on where you are going to wear them....on a dude ranch then never too much, but going to a Hollywood premier then maybe denim should be the last choice! Timberlake's jacket is way too big but I love Brits' dress in the pic at the top. The most denim I have ever worn at one time is a jacket and jeans but not since the 90s. A person can very definitely wear too much denim in one ensemble. I'm fairly fashion conscious but would not call myself a fashionista by any stretch of the imagination. Those two images at the bottom have scarred me... First a male Cameltoe and then a "leaker" (he might have The clap). I hope neither is you, dear S. Denim socks? Denim handkerchief? What’s the most denim you’ve worn at one time? Just jeans and try me that's enough for me. Lol Can someone ever wear too much denim? Yes indeed but then again some people know how to work it well. I'm just not one of those individuals. How fashion-conscious are you? I am somewhat fashion-conscious but I make my own style. Where's the fun in following others. Missed you!!!! Happy HNW.
