NO MAN WALKS INTO A BAR

A skeleton walks into a bar. The barmaid asks, “What would you like to drink?”
The skeleton replies, “I’ll have a beer and a mop.”

A bear walks into a bar. The barman asks the bear, “What can I get you?”
The bear replies, “I’ll have a pint of ....................”
The barman says, “Why the long paws?”

What was the last drink you ordered in a bar?
Have you ever served behind a bar?
What’s the most unusual pet you’ve seen in a bar or anywhere else?

A walks into a bar. The bartender says to the , “Why the long face?”

A monkey walks into a bar. The barman asks the monkey, “What would you like?”
The monkey answers, “I’d like a bunch of bananas.”
The barman says, “I’m sorry we don’t sell bananas. What can I get you instead?”
The monkey replies, “I want a bunch of bananas.”
The frustrated barman says, “As I said we don’t serve bananas here. What would you like instead?”
The monkey replies again, “A bunch of bananas.”
The increasingly angry barman shouts, “We don’t have any bananas. What can I get you?”
“I want bananas”, the monkey answers back.
Angrily the barman yells, “Look, if you ask for bananas one more time, I’m going to nail you to the dartboard. Now what would you like?”
The monkey asks, “Do you have a hammer and nails?”
“No”, the barman bites back.
“Good, I’ll have a fucking bunch of bananas then”, quips the cheeky monkey.

What was the last drink you ordered in bar? Single malt Scotch, their choice, and they picked well.

Have you ever served behind a bar? No, but I worked at a liquor store where we had taste testing.

What's the most unusual pet you've seen in a bar or anywhere else? The people have always been the most unusual things I've seen in bars.

It has been years since I was in a bar.....too expensive, cheaper to drink at home (The little I drink). Rye whiskey & ginger ale would be my choice. Never worked in a bar but took a mixology course at College!
The only non-human I've seen in a bar are "flies"!

I used to do that when I first started blogging but it got very confusing as many bloggers don't reply and I posted quite a few comments on blogs. The list became very long very quickly.
Then I stumbled across the 'where I'm quoted' function and things became simpler as most use that function to search for replies etc.
I promise you, I'm not lazy.

I don't like whisky unless it's a malt whisky.
Thanks for stopping by.

It was about 20 years ago and was probably a double Jim Beam and Coke. My usual in those days. I drink in private these days, it means if I get anywhere near a skinful, I don't have to navigate public transport to get home or the horror of a taxi.

I have never served behind a bar but have worked in a shop that primarily sold bottled alcohol.

The only non-human I have ever seen in a bar or public drinking house was a pomeranian dog that was sitting on the stool beside it's human with its front paws on the bar. This was prior to my first drink.
When I was in London after a night out, I was amazed how I got home on the tuve sometimes.
It's easier now because I don't get hammered when I go out and I only live a few minutes from the city centre to walk (or wobble!) home.

A mixology course sounds fun. Please can I have a Mojito?

I used to drink beer a lot but now it's wine, not least because wine doesn't make me go to the toilet so much!

My friend used to run a club and he allowed me to pull a pint one night. I felt great but I'm not sure I'd want to do it for a living.

Interesting, I've never had a pet bird. Did you take your finches to a bar?!

pal334 said he was in a bar with a miniature donkey. Were you both in the same bar?

When I started out in my career, I picked up lots of part-time contracts to make it full-time work for a few years in London.
