DON’T KEEP NAUGHTY THINGS IN A CLOUD
DON’T KEEP NAUGHTY THINGS IN A CLOUD Recently, as many of you will know, the private and intimate photos of up to 100 celebrities were posted online after their Apple iCloud accounts were hacked into. Apple has now fixed the glitch that allowed hackers into its iCloud accounts. The 4chan website, where the photos appeared, is run by a Russian computer expert Sergei Kholodovskii - see photo below. He denies the hacking and claims the celebrities leaked the photos themselves to get “good publicity”. The celebrities, whose naughty photos were posted online, included Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton, Kelly Brook, Kim Kardashian, Kirsten Dunst, Rihanna, Rita Ora and Scarlett Johansson. Jennifer Lawrence was particularly outspoken about the theft and publication of her photos, which she denounced as a “sexual violation” and even a “sex crime”. In an interview, the actress said: “Anybody who looked at those pictures, you’re perpetuating a sexual offence. You should cower with shame. Even people who I know and love say, ‘Oh, yeah, I looked at the pictures.’ I don’t want to get mad, but at the same time I’m thinking, I didn’t tell you that you could look at my naked body.” Do you think the hacking of these celebrity photos constituted a sex crime? Where do you keep your naughty photos? I think the publishing of these photos was a violation of privacy but not a sexual violation. I think the hacking of these photos was a crime but not a sex crime. If it is seen as a sex crime, then anyone looking at my cockshot without my permission is committing a sex crime! I will take legal action and seek appropriate compensation, maybe a blow-job. My PC is the home of my naughty photos. I never like it when someone else wants to use my computer! |

I can see her point. It is obviously an invasion of privacy, and that probably becomes a sex crime when nudity is involved. If I peer into my neighbour's window I'm invading their privacy. If I choose to look when they are emerging naked from the bath then I can expect a visit from the police... And I can also see her point about people she knows (and might have to work with) looking at those photos - it's not just the fact that they have seen her naked, it's that they went out of their way to intentionally indulge their prurient desires... As for your cock shot, you gave permission for people to see it as soon as you loaded onto the site and made it your profile's main photo. What's more, you gave permission for ARF to use it as they will... Which is why your cock appears on lesbian sex sites

An invasion of privacy, yes...I don't know that I could call it a sex crime unless the photo's were sold to a porn site...and speaking of naughty photo's and porn site's...I used to keep my naughty picture's here. I don't know how many are left but I would claim them if they ended up in public. Putting them on the web was consenting to public viewing.

Aah the laws of individual interpretation... I do see the hacking of these photos as a sexual crime but not a sex crime... A sex crime is committed skin to skin. The nebulousness of interpretation is due to the fact that these people would even have these images on such a domain as the icloud where their security cannot be truly assured. To maintain the security of such images, they should keep them on a memory stick or memory card that they keep in a place where only they are likely to ever know where to find them. By uploading your very appealing cock pic on such a site with worldwide access, yourself, you are essentially giving tacit permission to all who access the site to view it. I'm sorry but attempting to prove unauthorised viewing might prove impossible. Compensation would not likely be granted and what of the men who are unauthorised viewers..? Are you prepared for a blowjob, by way of compensation, from them?
