A HAND JOB

A HAND JOB  Below are the models Federico Hewson and Nina Taylor. Their faces won’t be recognised because they are hand models. Their hands appear in many adverts showing close-ups of a hand holding or touching what’s being advertised like food, jewellery and watches. Hand models have to take good care of their hands, sometimes wearing special gloves to do everyday chores. Federico Hewson will not do any gardening nor have a pet cat. Nina Taylor has had her hands insured for a seven-figure sum. Would you do their hand jobs? How would describe your hands? Do you like your hands? I’m not a big fan of my hands, though I am quite attached to them! My fingers are like chipolata sausages. My hands are definitely not made for tickling the ivories. Or is it tinkering the ivories?   |

I'm not sure what is meant by 'their hand jobs' but if someone thought I could be a hand model, I'd happily do that. I'm just as happy to do hard physical labour. My hands are okay, they have been fairly battered but are still basically pretty and not very big. My 3rd and 4th fingers on my left hand have been broken and didn't heal straight, so they aren't perfect but the skin is silky soft and my fingers are slim and I don't bite my nails. (see quick but not best pic) I do like my hands actually... They are quite dexterous and they put to efficient use the skills that my brain processes and the signals it sends them. Would you do their hand jobs? For that kind of money, sure! How would describe your hands? Average man hands! Do you like your hands? Yes, especially my right hand!  I'm quite fond of my right hand. My left hand just doesn't know what to do!
