GO TO THE TOILET OR GO FOR A JOG?

GO TO THE TOILET OR GO FOR A JOG?

Above is a dressed woman who has been on the toilet for eight hours, and below is an undressed man, with a slightly erect cock, who has been jogging for one hour. Both have used up the same calories. Eight hours straining on the toilet uses up the same number calories as one hour of jogging on the beach. Take your pick! But whatever choice you make, going to the toilet must count as exercise, even an Olympic sporting event!

How do you keep fit?
Do you jog or have you jogged?
Have you ever run a marathon (or even a half-marathon)?

I have tried jogging a few times, but I have never enjoyed the experience. Stupidly, I once agreed to run a sponsored marathon to raise monies for a charity to provide wells in a Gambian island village. After a few days of training and jogging around a local park, my back gave way to the extent that I could not get out of my bed for two days.

So, I gave up my attempt to run a marathon but felt obliged to give my own monies for the village wells. I could not do a bank transfer to give my money to the village; I had to go to the village in Gambia to personally deliver the cash for the wells, which is what I did. Afterwards, one of the villagers named their baby after me (so they say!); that’s the closest I’ve come to siring a !

I probably don't do as much exercise as I should but running around after a 3 year old dangermouse keeps me on my toes.

Never run a marathon or a half one either.

Never done a marathon, but my daughter has, and a 1/2 marathon, and an iron man! She is a tough cookie!
I walked 10 miles a day for work, for 37+ years...taking it easy right now, but gotta start walking again soon!

This has nothing to do with your post-
The man running, when I glanced at it, looking like Vladimir Putin. Ha!

lol at the pics you have posted... Your so funny! As for your questions. I am normally at the gym daily if I am not doing another sport like curling or golfing. Normally I am out walking the course when I golf and that is great way to burn off some calories too. I like to attend some of the classes at my gym for different things. As for jogging. I have ran many marathons and half ones too. I am right now not much into jogging trying to stay fit other ways .. hugs V

I think scars, scabs and bruises are great. I have them all but I can't put them down to rock climbing and parlour!

That's still a fair jogging regime!

Straining while on the toilet is responsible for about a quarter of the world's heart attacks that's why fibre in the diet is so important.

Now to your questions... I keep fit with an average of 275 stomach crunches a day, I do 500 torsion twists and I shuffle-jog on the spot for a hundred knee lifts... I also carry my groceries long distances.

I don't jog but would like to (it requires the correct, impact-resistant footwear) which I can't apport the cost of and therefore I half also not run any marathons, full or half.
Stomach crunches, torsion twists and shuffle-jogs sounds impressive.
