THREE DUCKS WALK INTO A BAR
THREE DUCKS WALK INTO A BAR Below are three Wood Ducks, perching ducks that are mainly found in North America. Sometimes at work, I see Mallard ducklings jump from a tree after they’ve hatched. I always wonder how and why they do this, because I didn't think Mallard ducks hang out in trees. Three ducks walk into a bar. A barman greets the first duck and asks, “What’s your name and what’s your day been like?” The first duck says, “My name is Huey, and I’ve been in and out of puddles today. Give me a beer, please.” The barman, a little confused, replies, "Sorry you've had a bad day", and serves Huey a beer. Then, the barman asks the second duck, “What’s your name and how’s your day been?” The second duck says, “My name is Dewey, and today I’ve been in and out of puddles all day too. Please give me a beer.” The barman, a lot confused, answers, "I'm sorry you've also had a bad day", and serves Dewey a beer. The barman then says to the third duck, “I suppose your name is Louie and you’ve had a bad day and you've been in and out of puddles as well!" The third duck says, “No, I'm fucking Puddles, and just give me a fucking beer quick!” [source: Ed Byrne] Do you remember Donald Duck’s nephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie? Do you remember Phooey, the freak nephew of Donald Duck? Am I the only the only one to find the idea of perching ducks funny but clever? |

Lol... I love that joke I do remember Huey, Dewey and Louie... I remember them as Woodchucks and the childlike rhetorical hypothetical that some "hilarious" people have been known to use as a non-internet password into cubbyhouses and private groups which goes "How much wood could a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood?"... I can't recall Phooey at all Ducks perching does seem odd but aren't they birds, too?
