Eyes, smile, hair... I say attitude too - in fact it's what I say on my profile.

There's something else, a bit difficult to describe but it's how animated their face is. Some women (no doubt some men too) are drop-dead gorgeous but have expressionless faces that leave you in no doubt that the lights might be on but nobody's home

 Usually their eyes. Body language as a whole can usually tell me if I want to spend longer than 2 minutes near a person.
There is a difference between a good BJ and a bad BJ.
