A sex machine, sometimes called a fucking machine, is a machine used to simulate sex. Sex machines are different to vibrators because they automatically penetrate and throb at the same time.

Sex machines can be penetrative or extractive. Penetrative sex machines have a motorised shaft tipped with a dildo. Fucksaws and drilldos are different types of hand-held sex machines.  I have never used one but I have watched others use them. Looks interesting if I had no other options but I like skin on skin.

I've used a fucking machine as an operator; it was quite vicious.
It took me a while to get the hang of the controls etc, but it could never beat skin-on-skin!
