TO DO LISTS

On weekends, I like to do nothing. Or rather, I like to do whatever I like and not do what I don’t like. This weekend is going to plan. I don’t want to leave my flat because it’s very cold, so I’m staying in. I’ve managed to get out of a shopping expedition and I’ve been exempted from any household chores. There is a high chance that my weekend will go to plan today, though I will have to brush my teeth and cook. I do not plan to get dressed today. I regard brushing my teeth, cooking and getting dressed as chores at weekends!

Do you like lazy weekends?
What is your perfect weekend?
What is your worst household chore?

Weekends are the only time where my life goes to plan. I plan nothing; I do nothing!

Weekdays never go to plan because I make plans to do things! I make a list at the start of the week of things I have to do for the week, but by the end of the week, the list is bigger. I am trying to wean myself off making lists, but they give me a sense of mission when I make them at the start of a week. But when I review my lists at the end of the week, I feel stressed.

Do you make lists of tasks to do, etc?
If so, how long and detailed are your lists?
And, do your lists ever get shorter?

I make a list of things that I have to do on a daily basis because my memory is deteriorating. Unfortunately I can never remember where I put the list.

My lists get longer as well!

That's also one reason I make lists, the fear of forgetting something!

Perhaps you need to write down on a separate list where you put your list!

Weekends are precious; I tend to leave the chores to the end of the weekend in the vain hope that a fairy will do them!
