This is the place where we went for an unforgettable sexual experience. Below is the wheel where I was tied to for ball weights to be applied, plus the bench to be strapped onto for us to be spanked!



Ess & Emm is not a club nor hotel but a bed-and-breakfast cottage with a difference. It describes itself as the “UK's Finest Bed, Breakfast and Dungeon Hire, Rental and Fetish Accommodation.” It is run by a dominatrix, Mistress Katya.

The cottage is situated in a small village in Warwickshire. You hire the cottage for the evening, daytime or as many days as you want. You do not share the cottage with anyone else, except for those you have invited.

The cottage caters for BDSM but is brilliant even if you are not into BDSM. On arrival someone will give you a guided tour around the cottage, but after this tour you will be left alone.

Downstairs there is a kitchen, bathroom and dungeon. The kitchen is stocked with food for breakfast, plus wine and chocolates, and there is an oven and a microwave, plus saucepans etc, for those who want to cook.

The bathroom is a wet room with a shower. The bathroom also contains various naughty bits and pieces, including medical equipment to play with!

The dungeon is a large room which is extensively equipped (eg a cage to be locked up in, a dildo-chair to sit on, a bench for spanking, a wheel to be strapped to, a rack to be tied to) and decked out with various paraphernalia (eg spanking instruments, outfits).

Upstairs there is an en-suite double bedroom, a shower room, and a large room overlooking the dungeon, which is full of various electrical equipment (eg a fucking machine).

There is also a patio garden that is not overlooked by any neighbouring houses. One of the nicest things about the cottage is that you can do anything you like without anyone seeing or hearing you.

The cottage is a very short walk away from a nice village pub that serves meals. As strangers to the very rural village, we felt everyone in the pub knew we were perverts as why else would we be there!

The cottage is a luxurious (and expensive) retreat. We felt like in a sweet shop; so much to see and do in so little time. It was an unforgettable experience! Its visitor’s book tells us that others felt the same as us. Pure sexual indulgence!

Since we stayed Mistress Katya has refurbished the cottage. Below is the bed with a cage underneath!

It looks to me the whole 24-hour deal is the best bargain.

I am afraid I would get lock up in that cage tho for 24 hours. LOL

 When we went, we didn't do too much. We are not into BDSM big-style just a little spanking etc. It just was so sexually exciting to be there.
The cottage does have a nice kitchen, below, for respite!

The 24-hour deal is the best bargain, though one day is not enough.
The cottage even has a dressing table for those into cross-dressing - see below:
