 Even worse is the appearance of a lack of fairness. The pursuit of profit is a noble cause but when the prospective customer is subject to unfair treatment why would they want to entertain the notion of a business relationship?

For example, when you purchase points they are worth up to 5 times more than when you spend them.

I cringed at the new 50 pt. per cam-view mandate. I clicked later on a cam and it said there would be a reduced 20 pt. charge. I figured this must be due to customer backlash (good). So I clicked on the cam assuming I'd be charged 20 pts. Nope. False advertising. My points account had 50 points deducted. Then the cam failed. I clicked on it again. 40 more points deducted. Bad business. And who gets the points? Does the person providing the subject matter benefit? Poor product education. I agree with this blog ... it seems like there are less participants already due to these policy changes from on high.
