An addicts perspective on Captain America Civil War
Ok so I am posting this under Blogs , since there is no category for movies

By now I am sure everyone has seen Captain America Civil War. I saw this and was truly educated in the art of selling a movie only based on its visual effects. All it boils down to a bunch of fit guys and attractive ladies fighting each other in a half hearted manner

The writers try to sell the script by making the issue about collateral damage, when fighting the "enemy" , but in the end, the mutual infighting amongst the Avengers probably creates even more collateral damage, albeit unintentional

Iron man's " close" buddy, "War Machine" is badly hurt. I think they are fuck buddy's considering the manner in which Iron Man gets Really Really upset when War Machine gets some sort of spinal injury . No more late night endeavors for those two. Still Iron Man may probable be hoping to get some with spiderman and / or Ant Man who could "fill" in the "gap" left by War Machine.

Captain America on the other hand gets equally pissed off when his probable fuck buddy "Bucky" gets injured as well. I think , the real reason Captain America really revolts against the system, is not because he believes in the independence of the Avengers or that bullshit crap but because the whole world (a.k.a. United States) is looking to capture and arrest Bucky.

Just to cover up the gay factor, they show the Captain kissing some chick. How lame is that. On top of that that chick is the of the chick he had a crush on in the first movie. I found that pretty lame.
Worst of all ,the actor played by her Emily VanCamp. I couldnt find a single movie scene of hers where she is nude. So that was unfair.

The movie has some mindless action scenes if you dig a bunch of fit body doubles in tights smashing things around with some wise guy cracks sprinkled in between.

Finally, I would like to share 2 more insights about this wasted opportunity:

(1) When they made the first Avengers Movie, they discovered that people really digged the part where the superheroes fight each other instead of the enemy. They tested it again in Avengers Age of Ultron (Iron Man and Hulk) and finally, this time they made the whole movie on this theme of Superheroes blasting each other. It shows how opportunist and shallow the mind space of the movie writers and directors is getting .

(2) Captain America cant carry a movie alone - they got that right. So in effect this movie seems to be more like a Avenger series movie minus the Hulk and Thor , with a few new additions, rather than a Captain America Movie.
To some extent this was probably their only option since it would have been nearly impossible from crashing a movie made on Captain America alone. Hence the<b> spicy </font></b>team of Iron Man, Black Widow, Spiderman had to be thrown in. But then, why call it a Captain America Movie and why not "Avengers : Civil War?"

Waiting for the day when they finally come up with a movie like this :

(1) No obsession with making Captain America in the lead
(2) Frank movie showing real love scenes between the superheroes - Threesomes would be a welcome fantasy
(3) Introduce a Transgender with super powers.
