Since the new photo thing was launched, the profiles are very slow to load and I haven't been able to view very many of the pix other than the main one showing. The rest either don't load totally or they don't come up when clicked on. The new way is better if it would work. The way it is, it just slows down everything. This is why we just want the bugs fixed and don't add anything new. We know it's 2 seperate groups working on different things, but the new things added just make more bugs for the other group to fix. We just want the main stuff to work. Thanks

Again, I have to say, the new features are great, but worthless if you can't use them. I will also say, over the past few days, pages are loading faster once Affairlook.com responds. It is taking sometimes 2 to 3 minutes for the server to answer the "page request". This is very apparent during high traffic periods. Whether it is a bandwith problem or not enough servers to handle the load, is hard to say. Whatever the problem is, this is where you should be concentrating your efforts. Clearing this problem will make site navigation much easier, less time consuming and more pleasant for all members whether standard, silver, gold or VIP.

This is off the subject of your post, but I was thinking you may enjoy reading a post I left all the same. Now after reading all the comments here, I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy it. LOL! Also, the comments left are even more telling than the blog post itself. This is a post about my experience with Affairlook over the last couple of years. Thanks for a great experience!!! Hugs and kisses {=}

Hi luvpump, some suggestions for your consideration...

1. Blog - Broaden the first column so that it wouldnt take up so much vertical space. It's wasteful in terms of space requiring additional scrolling down especially when there're short entries. eg. look at ht0hrny0bbw's entries, half the space are empty.

2. Blog - Create fixed and space saving icons for standard repeititive stuff like [Add a Comment] [quote] & "What are your thoughts of this post?" ... Regulars here will know which buttons to click etc. Currently, all these take up too much space and they're repeated for each blog comment entries as well.

3. Blog - A proper content page or summary page for all blog entries by authors would be ideal. If there's a tracker like that of email read/unread icon, that will be ideal. Presently, we can only see a summary display if we click on the total no of posts.

4. Blog - Next to the blog comments entries, it'd be good if the age & profile of the members be included. eg. id, age, M/F, single/married, nationality, blog, total entries.

5. Blog - Trackers like Recent Visitors/People who like this blog, also like/Most Recent Responses by Others/Most Recent Responses by [Username] are good to have. Would prefer to have that as mandatory rather than optional display items.

6. Profile - May be a good idea to enforce all members to insert a pic rather than those standard shadow pic provided by the site. The pics even if not of themselves, will be reflective of their choice and help reinforce "an image" of that member id.

You may as well provide a segment for email and tel no since every member is doing in his 'creative' way to display that info on the page.

7. Profile - On member profile page, too much space is alloted to the left column. May want to consider a 3-frame setup so that the member's standard info is brought up next to the pic and the member's blog, if any can be placed just above the blank email portion.

8. FAQ - To provide a FAQ what each class of members can do or cant do, especially as standard male/female members if they've different entitlements. eg. Email, Read Profile etc etc..

9. Search - Result Page - Gallery View - Again, the standard items take up too much space. eg. Online NOW!, Flirt, Email, Hotlist, Invite as friend, etc. Prefer to have symbolic icon to replace these function words.

Btw, not sure if you're aware, your list view contains less info than your gallery view, the (i) profile is missing in the former. Anyway, the following info is good to have eg. id, age, M/F, single/married, nationality, blog, total entries.

janeraped - Actually I put one up when I was setting up this account, somehow it didnt get loaded. Anyway, it'll give it another shot, so called lead by example.

Pt 3. - Sorry, just discovered that it's already available, under Title View.
