Somebody somewhere must know. Am I the only person in the world who this happens to?

Have you tried reflexology? Or try not having too many orgasms lol.

I could try reflexology. Maybe a professional would have heard of such a problem before. I already do cut back on orgasms.

Looking at a reflexology map of the foot, it looks as though the spots that are linked to my sexual or reproductive organs are either on my heel or on the top of my foot. That makes me think that my problem might have more to do with my muscles.

It's possible, for me anyway. I guess my muscles get tired or something.

My answer is not a joke, but see if you can hook up with an acupuncturist. I've tried it a few times and was totally surprised at the results.
I've also found out that our feet have so many nerve endings and are direct links to the rest of our body.
A GP is not the way to go, but there are treatments for your pain. This of course is without cutting down on the orgasms and of course you can do nothing about your monthly period.

Train... there are two small bones on either side of the flexor tendon of the big toe (Sesamoid bones) but I doubt it's that. it'd be higher up ...

Could perhaps be cysts that would be in the midst of the group of flexor tendons, in the arch of the foot, and come out if you're exercised your toes more (aka curled your toes lots for prolonged periods of time ). Such cysts are common in the wrist area, and are benign...

I doubt it's anything to do with your plantar fascia, as you didn't mention that it was painful to walk ...

Some people also get rheumatoid nodules, but you'd know if you had rheumatoid arthritis, trust me...

Hmmmm... I'm stumped ! LOL (physical therapist here, btw).

Lately, the lumps have only been lasting a week or two, so I've just been letting them go away on their own. It doesn't seem worth the money to see a professional about it. I did ask my GP about them once, but the lump was almost gone, and she couldn't feel it and didn't have any idea what it could've been. And I was too shy at the time to tell her what caused them.

It's definitely not bones that I'm feeling. The lumps are closer to the surface of the skin, and they're very tender and appear kind of purplish under the skin.

They feel (to my uneducated mind) like they could be cysts, but they're never quite in the arch of my foot. I do get foot cramps and toe cramps if I curl my toes too much. So you might actually have the answer with cysts in the flexor tendons. I probably curl my toes when I have orgasms, but why would menstrual cramps cause them? I know that menstrual cramps cause my legs and feet to ache, but I don't think they do anything to my toes.

I don't think it's my plantar fascia either. It IS painful to walk on the lumps, depending on where exactly I get them, but it only happens occasionally. I think plantar fasciitis is constant, isn't it?

I don't have arthritis, so I think you're right that rheumatoid nodules aren't the problem. They're constantly present, too, aren't they?

Cysts in the foot tendons sound most likely so far. How do you get rid of them or prevent them?

I'm not trying to be mean, and I'm not claiming to be a professional or an expert, but if you read about syphillus, the signs are those bumps there, or more commonly in women at or around the base of the spine. Hopefully it's not that. But I would have your lymphatic system checked out=might just be an allergy (especially if you're using plastic toys or latex condoms).

No, it's definitely not syphilis. I've been tested for that at least once since the lumps started appearing. And these are lumps underneath the skin that suddenly appear and then gradually become smaller until they disappear. They're not sores or a rash.

It doesn't seem like the symptom of an allergy either. It feels more related to muscles or tendons, to me.

Some things that are similar, but not quite right:

Ledderhose disease (plantar fibromatosis) - an aggressive healing response to small tears in the plantar fascia, almost as if the fascia over-repairs itself following an injury

ganglion cyst (in the plantar fascia?) - presumably reflects a variation in normal joint or tendon sheath function. Cysts near joints are connected to the joint and the leading theory is that a type of check valve forms that allows fluid out of the joint, but not back in.

I don't blame you for being shy about telling the doc the aparent cause of the lumps. But, perhaps if your doctor is a woman, you might feel more comfortable with that discussion.
Just a thought.

I am clueless. On this one, I will ask around and do some. Research! See, if I can find anything... But, frankly, if you haven't been able to find out, knowing how thorough you are, I don't hold much. Hope that I will. Find anything on your affliction? Regardless, I will try. (Please insert. The proper punctuation thanks you.)

They're nothing at all like warts. The surface of the skin isn't affected at all, and they appear all of a sudden, rather than growing like a wart, and then they disappear often within a week.

Plantar's warts are dark, almost black, near the surface of the skin. Doesn't sound like them. Chances are if you get those bumps around the time of your period or during times of extensive numbers of orgasms( lucky you) they're caused by hormone secretions. See an endocrinologist. I hope they get better! Just don't stop the orgasms !

That's an interesting theory. I'm trying to look this up online, but I'm not even sure where to start. Can you give me a few keywords to go by?

maybe you need your feet massaged as part of foreplay or use those japanese pads that suck out the negative toxins. i fogot the details but they have a pad that you put under your feet and in the morning its all black and gorss because it sucsk out the toxins in your body.

its possible you may have an energy block to your feet with orgasms. Orgasms are healthy so i suggest someone try massaging your feet or doing it in water or something

by the way you look gorgeous! <3 <3 <3 <3

Thank you for the compliment.

Don't believe those ads for Kinoki pads. It's a scam. 20/20 investigated the claim that they draw out toxins, and it's false. The pads turn dark because of the moisture in your feet. Even if you put distilled water on the pad, it will turn dark. And they took a used pad to a lab for toxicology tests, and the lab found no toxins on the pad. They tested for heavy metals like arsenic and mercury and 23 solvents, including benzene, toluene and styrene and found none of these on the used pads. 20/20 asked the Kinoki company for a valid scientific study, to back up its claim, but it couldn't provide one and declined a TV interview.

But I love your recommendation for a foot massage! That's one bit of medical advice I'll gladly take.

muscle spasms? blood clot? there are rubber bandaids with a hole in them that you can ware to ease the pressure till it goes away. and hell don't give up the orgasms.
i suspect it has to do with the stress you put on your whole body during orgasm but please go find out whats wrong.

I haven't had one (foot lump, not orgasm) in quite a while now. But next time it happens, I'll take it to the doctor to look at. The bandaid with the hole in the middle is a good idea. I never thought of that!
