 Oh Tiger, YOU do know your Idol trivia!

I have to tell you, I've not had the enthusiasm I've had in past years, but I'm still there faithfully, every week. I just don't pay as close attention.

I really liked the duets, but I missed Adam's performance last night, was doing mom taxi. If I remember how to watch it back on DVR today, I will.

I'm still pulling for Kris, but I think Adam will win.

Who's going home tonight?

Rock is just not a strength for Kris and Danny. Adam and Allison are the rockers. I thought Kris and Danny were OK but just not quite as good as the rest. In my opinion, last night's ranking was:

1. Adam (praised by all 4 judges, nailed Led Zeppelin)
2. Allison (good job on a Janis Joplin song, good duet with Adam)
3. Danny (good duet with Kris, his version of 'Dream On' just OK)
4. Kris (criticised by all 4 judges, he did OK on a Beatles song)

I think either Kris or Danny will be going home tonight.

Who do the minis like? After all it's the young people who actually call in or tex in their votes. I've never bothered with that.

 We picked Adam from the first audition he had. We both love Queen and he did their song really well. After last week when Adam was in the bottom 2, we had to call in and vote for him for 2 hours last night. LOL I know we're old, but we still know a good singer when we hear one. BTW We both love Elvis, so Adam is our choice.

Adam is a real talent! I think he could be as big as Elvis! He's got the voice, the stage presence, the personality and the marketability! I think we are watching a phenomenon developing before our very eyes. I'm old enough to remember Elvis' early days ... 'You Ain't Nothin' But A Hound Dog'. Adam has that same star quality.

sure, he may be a ton richer than me and a hell of alot more famous, but slash, as a guitarist, is highly overrated. i know guitarists that can smoke him in a second.

I was surprised when Danny Gokey got kicked off. It's down to Kris Allen and Adam Lambert. My money is behind Adam, the next Elvis Presley! Lots of the teen-age girls might call in their votes for Kris, however. You sound like a real Idol fan!
