Recent Issues on the Site It's been a hectic few days around here. I know we've had a series of issues since our last release on Tuesday (Dec. 8th). Thought we'd have a post so I can let you know what we're currently tracking, and for you to let me know what other recent issues you find. FIXED 1) Members getting bounced to the Log In Screen Happens when you are: - Clicking on an Advice Line Post - Clicking on an Thread inside the Article Pages (Magazine) - Inside of a Groups topic discussion, click from page 1 to page 2, 3, 4… 2) Group Posts and Polls are missing the main post. All the comments are still there, but the main post that started the thread is missing. Only a problem in Groups. 3) Blog - "Most recent comments by (member)" section is missing. The section, which ran along the right hand side of Blog Main, just vanished. 4) All black text in chat rooms using Firefox. Previously it defined a members post with a color. Flash Chat is still working. 5) My Friend Network Main Page - The columns on the Bulletins section aren't lining up in a table. Messed up in both IE and FF 8 ) Favorite Photos Page is not working It only displays the last photo added. It won’t display any of the other photos. SEEMS TO BE FIXED - What are you guys seeing: 6) In Firefox HTML color coding isn’t always working. Defining color by NAME is working, but not HEXIDECIMAL 7) Headers, Posts and Comments used to have a defined width that members could put multi-bling into. Now you have to define the width in order to stack Bling. It also seems that using percentages to define width isn't always working. Defining by pixels does work. NOT FIXED: 9) New Profile View Missing Information Date Joined, Kudos and ID confirm all missing from the new profile view 10) Resizing of cam in IE8 seems to snap between small/med/large or warp the cam. Let me know of any other issues. |

100% Completed Profile is also been effected by the new format release. I personally am 1 of the few members that has a 100% complete profile and now it shows as being 37% complete. Checking over all the required fields only one I have found that is not being calculated. That is "profile photos". It is required to having 20 on a profile. I have 20 photos on my profile as required. On another note....the newly developed format for members managing their photos and videos is not "user friendly" when it comes to the editing (changing order of position, deleting, etc...). Even as computer savvy as I am (as may do know lol) it took me several moments to figure out how to use the newly designed page just to delete a video with use of the option link. If Various Inc. is going to change the user interface of how members manage their profile and formats of pictures, videos, blogs, etc....then it should be the developer(s) and webmaster(s) responsibility to include a description of "how to" and\or "help" for that particular interface of the site for the members.

I posted this in the suggestion box thread and will paste it here...Now that you have pushed through the new profile page...and I might add trashed all the hard work folks put into their Profile Pages to make them stand out...you forgot several things...1st no indicators that we are on IMC or on Cam...2nd No Email this member etc. including flirts...and kudos...how are members supposed to contact other members? I really have no idea how you are going to make this right soon enough...Along with these problems user interfaces for our friends albums...standards can only see thumbnail pics instead of a individual pic...The live cams member page you take up the entire left hand side of the page with Cams.com with a live feed in rotation...because of this the page proper does not reload it freezes after about ten minutes...it is a stupid idea...if you want to drive more members away from broadcasting here this is the perfect way to do it...as far as our videos go...we used to be able to see who had viewed them...this is no longer available...as far as I could tell when you posted the "new"...the majority of us who posted said no...I would suggest that you get together with SSB and tell them to post that members should switch to "classic view" until you either roll this back or FIX it.

Tried to change the background bling but most of the ones I tried were a real mess... the bling was also on the text parts of the profile, impossible to read anything! Took back the old bling and that's ok... Didn't change colours but somehow they were gone  Haven't managed to get the old colour scheme back, not even through explorer (using firefox normally). Only universal or also in Scotland Where to start my day or is it month Of course I39ll change I39ll do whatever you like Heatseeking missiles  Squirter's life

I use mostly my apple computer and firefox. Deal to the recently issue with changing color on profile and blog page using firefox,on testing, I also had problem using Safari and Opera for edit color on profile and blog on my Apple computer. The only way I edit color on my profile and blog page is logging on to my spare PC computer to do it on IE. So if I don't have a PC, I would not be able to use the Edit color on profile and blog page at all. Hope this can be fix sometime. Thanks.

- IMC and Cam indicators are still there. - The email, flirt and kudos button are still there. You can still contact everyone the same way as before. - Live cams is an issue many share. It's the top issue when I look at the site support logs. I'll see what can be done about it and let you know this Wednesday on the broadcast. - Can you guys confirm you used to be able to see who viewed your videos? Was it on the video section of your profile? Sorry, I didn't know you could see that one before. - I know most of the comments were negative about the new profile when I posted it last week. We weren't just screwing around, the change has a purpose. It's a change that was needed in order to display media better. The plans are to make your photos/videos and albums able to be posted on blogs and groups. To do this we needed to organize your media better on your profile. Classic view is still in tack if you hate it. I will confirm that viewing members of the videos were listed before below the ones they viewed.

Put the camera button back on the Notification Bar! It disappeared on 12/14.

Think I found the issue here. It is a change. When you view your own profile, it won't give you any of the contact buttons or status like "On IMC now." When other people look at your profile they WILL see that information. Just cleaning it up a bit with the redesign I suppose. The image is of me looking at the "community" profile from my "communitystd" testing account. As you can see, all the contact info is still there. You just won't see it if you are looking at your own account profile. No one contacts someone with STD in their username by the way. As I stated in my email to you...it's one of the tests I've used to confirm that I'm actually broadcasting...it's a stupid change...it really saves nothing and deprives members of info...it's flat lazy on the programers part is all...

There is another bug within the groups. I am not sure if this was caused by the recent updates released; however, editing a group description is not saving. It keeps reverting to the original group description after clicking on update.

I seem to be having a problem viewing any photos, even though I am a gold member. I dont know if I am doing something wrong or what. I will appreciate any help with this problem. I thought being a paid member allowed us to view others. Please help with this problem. Thanks, Teaser1125

Your new star system on voting pic/vids. In the past  we could delete gay comments like "I want to suck....your...c.......". Each too there own. Why has it changed, we can delete testimonials ect.....If it's your profile, and someone leaves a comment that may not be TOC, but you find crude surely we should be able to delete it. Goto wrap the limited Affairlook staff working over the xmas period things cleared no slower than normal 24/7.
