Is it me or is Panama City dead?

I have been on this site as well as a few others and have had very very little success. I thought that surely there must be one woman around here who needs someone to help scratch an itch and not make it something big and keep it discreet. So far all I have had is a couple of talkers but never follow through. I have come to the conclusion that I am not approaching it right. I always thought every woman wanted a man to go down on her til she screams and creams without him expecting anything else from her. What is the right way to approach a woman seeking a discreet relationship?
