Here's a freebie for you all!


Dyinglight's Kickass Eggnog

1 oz Brandy, spiced rum or cognac (your choice)
1 oz simple syrup (made with equal parts hot water and sugar)
2.5 oz coffee cream
1 full egg (wash the egg, and crack 'er in there)
2 drops vanilla extract

Toss everything in a cocktail shaker, agitate the shit out of it and strain into a 10 - 14 oz glass. I usually rim said glass with red and green sugar, very festive. Top it all up with ice and dash a little cinnamon or nutmeg over top.

Nervous about the egg?? Push through the fear, baby, fear is the mind killer. Live for the experience, I guarantee you'll enjoy.
