HILLARY CLINTON AND BERNIE SANDERS

HILLARY CLINTON AND BERNIE SANDERS

CALIFORNIA has the largest number of Delegates--by far--who will determine whether Hillary or Bernie become the Democrat who will run against Donald Trump in the coming National Election.

It's probably a done deal that Donald Trump will be the Republican who runs for President, and Hillary will be the Democrat running against Donald.

California's Primary election is on Tuesday, June 7th, and according to the polls, Bernie and Hillary are within a few points of each other with Hillary slightly ahead of Bernie (as I write this).

Donald Trump already has the necessary number of delegates to become the Republican who will run for President in November's National election for President.

Bernie Sanders has a problem because he's almost as old as I am! Bernie is also Jewish (we've never had a Jewish President)--- and Bernie is also an outspoken Socialist.

Hillary has a problem because--according to the polls--white men, don't like Hillary. Old white men still have an edge in their control of this country, but women of all races are coming up fast.

Hillary will be the Democrat who runs against Donald. THAT'S pretty well already established, but...she might have a big problem running against the crafty, and outspoken Donald.

The idea has been circulating that IF Hillary were to choose Bernie as her Vice Presidential partner, Trump would go down to defeat in a landslide.

The BIG question is: CAN BERNIE be talked into becoming the V-Presidential candidate? Will Bernie be able to swallow his ego and concede that Hillary will be NUMBER ONE?

What do you guys and gals think? My ancient inquiring mind would really like to know...

Incidentally, Marisol and I have already voted by absentee ballot in California's primary election....I'll let you guess whom we voted for.

There's no doubt they both have giant egos.. You're probably correct that Bernie could last for 4 years. What ever happens, it's a wonderfully exciting time in our country's history. I personally love to watch from the sidelines every four years... Nothing very much seems to change in our country. The big corporations have control, and I doubt even if Bernie became president he could do very much to change the power structure.

It WAS a hard choice... but I went for the traditional one... Besides, I think she's kind of cute, and I've always admired endurance.. My GOD! She's certainly plugged away though all these years.. I also bizarrely Love the reality of Bill getting a blow job under his desk in the White House. Well, you do know, HC that I'm pretty strange..and go for strangeness..lol.

    Quoting Discretewizard:
It would be possible if the DNC put enough of Bernie's policy points onto the party's platform. Possible but not probable. I doubt if the powers behind the throne would allow that and I also doubt that Bernie would believe them if they did.

To my mind the real issue is will the DNC see the handwriting on the wall and rather than lose the election, nominate Bernie.
What ever happens, WIZARD, I find it fascinating... In a lot of ways Donald Trump is refreshing in the way he shoots from the hip, not caring how many innocents he takes down.

Bernie wants to get the crooks from WALL STREET ! I can join him in THAT.

Hillary is a voice of reason... BUT at this stage of our country's disparity between the HAVE's and the HAVE NOT's, does anyone want sound reason?

A Clinton/Sanders ticket does have a certain appeal but I doubt either one of the principals in the arrangement would go for it.
As for Bernie's age, I think he would be able to stand up to 4yrs as Pres. but never a second term.

If you see me in the real world, come say "Hi Justskin."

I always behave. Preferably not well.
