I have no problemo with my backyard. They can bring 'em here -- for a fee. I got an extra 6-7 acres that ain't bein' used. In fact, they can store some nuke-juice here, too... for a bit extra. In fact, for some kicker-bucks, I'll turn my back while they torture 'em -- with nuke-juice. They don't even have to try them first. Hell; ya can't try POWs, anyway. Ain't that what they got, there, POWs?

The only problem I might have with this is if they decide they want to just use them acres without any fee. Ain't that unconstitutional? I can't see anything which says they can't torture non-Amercians, though -- not in the Constitution, anyway. Maybe Treaties. But ain't that what treaties are for... to be broken? Ask the Indians.

( GOD -- I can be a sarcastic asshole! )
