Back to court over Home Depot settlement

The unprofessional antics of Defendants' counsel is bringing me back to court this AM. They would not prepare the settlement agreement, and then would not commit to when they would pay me! So let them explain it to the judge!

Lawyers can be so annoying!

 The judge is off today so have to come back tomorrow! further delay and further annoyance, but they have to drive a lot further so it is ok! Litigation is annoying!
