Happy New Year to you Ms. Liz, Hang in there hon. I feel things will get better for you. I just hate you are having to deal with all the stress of the probate and real estate issues, but they will get done in time. And like you said, it might work out better for you with the delay because of the appraisal value being better than originally thought. My best wishes and thoughts for you as you move forward.
