As for stations to listen to can't help you there only listen to sports talk radio.

I have limited access with the internet in the hospital. So, I don't take my laptop with me and my iPhone is so ancient I have limited access to the internet due to loading speed so I'll have to check out your transformation post this weekend. You've piqued my interest so I've got to check it out!

 Oh, and a far as Sirius/XM, you might try anything from the 40s on 4, (50s on 5, etc.) right on up through the 90s on 9. I bounce from the 70s on 7 and the 80s on 8, and the jazz stuff like Watercolors on 66, and some of the surrounding stations.
