Are the women are real, fake or just curious and scared?

Maybe it is just me but I doubt it! I have met a lot of cool women on this site and some not so cool..anyways When you contact a women by flirting that means that you are interested right? So when you try to contact them they are not interested anymore? Do any woman care to comment or back me up or comment? I have been on this site for about 2 and half years..and like I said I have had some luck..but now I am not having any luck..is it me?
