elderly drivers

I use to think let the elderly have a license but after tonight i have CHANGED my mind let me explain got off work tonight headed to the store when all of a sudden i was driving in the inside lane when i saw head lights coming straight at me at about 35mph i was doing about 35mpm started blastng my horn to no avail couldnt serve eaither way and she hit me headon after i got out and people got her out i found out she is 91 years old as been driving around lost for 4 hours had no idea where she was she thought she was turning into her driveway and told the<b> police officer </font></b>her doctor told her not to be out after dark and yes it was dark out and foggy so now i believe there should be strict guidelines for elderly to have a license luckly neither of use were hurt she could have killed someone out there sorry so long needed to vent never been so scared not knowing what was going to happen on impact
