In loving Memory of Tillerbabe's Brian

The pearly gates were opened,
a gentle voice said come,
and with farewells unspoken,
he gently entered home.

I mourn for him in silence,
No eyes can see me weep
but many a silent tear is shed
while others are asleep.

Please God forgive my silent tear,
a constant wish that he was here
others were taken: yes I know
but he was mine and I loved him so.

The flowers I place upon his grave
May wither and decay
But the love of him who sleeps beneath
shall never fade away.
