Dear Nessa, I know that no words can ease the pain you feel over the loss of your son. Since I had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with him, I have a glimpse of what a special little guy he was. What I can offer is my prayers for you and Seth, and a reminder that as much as it hurts, it was what God had is store for the both of you. And NOT as a punishment, but as a gift. The gift was that you got to spend 8 years with him - in short, HIS whole life. And, while his body is no longer around, his memory will live forever, with you, and all of us who had the privilege of knowing him Lastly, you STILL have 2 remarkable daughters, who love and need you to be there for THEM, for they experience loss too, only they don't have the wisdom of YOUR years to cope with it. Allow yourself to be comforted by and to comfort them through this difficult time. And then, go on with your live(s). What we call "death," is simply one of the many transitions of life, a molecular shift in the stuff of which life consists. And while we don't like to face it, we ALL have a date with death - we just don't know the exact date, and that date ONLY comes when our job on earth is complete. So, please, please, celebrate every minute of LIFE, as though it might be our last, because one day, you'll be right. Love, Paul

I just found your blog. I'm so, so sorry for your loss. But don't be too sad because right now he's in Heaven laughing and sitting on Jesus' lap telling Him all about what a great mom you are. So cheer up, okay? Here's a hug for you.  Sleepy Angel  I  my friends!!

Oh Sweets, Big Hug. I am sorry you are going through the worst loss you will ever endure. I hope you have a good support network. There are some great Grief Groups out there. I hope you can eventually get to one.

This is my first time contacting nessa. But i'd like to tell her she can do all things thru christ that strenghtens her. Sometimes things are done for a reason. Maybe god had more use for Seth in heaven? Keep you eyes to the hill from which cometh your help all your help comes from god who is the creator of all life. Be encouraged look up at the sky Seth is looking down waving at you telling you he's with god and he's fine now.
