 I'm not really sure it's something you CAN just give up. You pretty much just let it serve as a reminder until you completely accept it.

 The encounter with the forbidden fruit from in here was so amazing I don't know if I can ever get that out of my head and I really don't want to.
To recall the ultimate moment when with another can enhance the times spent with your current partner. Is it wrong?? maybe, Could it bring enhanced feelings at the time, most likely, does your partner have to know or are you denying them their pleasure,nope.

No harm no foul.

I never want to give up the memories, each in its own is special and deserve a special place in my mind.
