Robekized!

Robekized!

Yes friends, I've been hooked. I am so addicted to these fruit smoothies from Robeks that I grow weak when without them.

I drink them six days a week, and that for almost a year now. I swear I get an instant euphoric feeling every time I taste them.

I have some whey protein mixed in, and off I go. Yummy.

So, how are you guys getting fruit into your diet? I don't rely entirely upon fruit smoothies for fruit. Especially with summer upon us and fresh fruit everywhere!

Still...I want a smoothie right now!

Smoothies are great in the summertime,
little ice in the mix.

No Robeks around here. I usually eat four to six servings of fruit per day. Usually, oranges, kiwis, mangos, apples, honeydews, cantaloupes, pineapple, and bananas--and I will have four to six of those.

Agreed. Summertime is always best for fruit.

Not true. I was just reading a post about a Canadian eating his shorts. Here's a link if you're interested [post 2639052].

Now that is the sort of diet that will keep you healthy for many years, Extramist my friend.

Thank you, for the warning, girlfriend.

You have written about those strawberries before, as I recall. Let us know when you harvest your first bowl of em. Should be very soon, now.

At this time of the year we get big luscious Mangoes from Mexico.

I think they smell, and are as smooth, as the flesh of lovely pussy.

Marisol likes to watch me carefully peel them with a sharp knife, and lick the juice off my hand telling her all the while how since we only have one Mango (a lie), I will share this cunt with her if she lets me have hers next.. Yum, yum. I love bisexual women.
