So who's playing the bass there? My brother's Swedish wife started gaining weight but then he started taking her on daily walks and it all came off rather quickly. Thus proving that Swedish girls really can lose weight!  He's coming to stay with me for a month at Xmas and I told him to bring a bunch of the new "designer health snus" they are now producing over there. Google snus-shop to have a gander. I know health snus is a contradiction in terms but I you know they'll do anything now to make products appear to appear health conscious.  PS. Is it just me or is there something funny sounding about the Göteborgs é variety?  insert exploding bomb image here

I admire your willpower, I really do. I am a few pounds over the so-called norm myself, but refuse to do anything about it as I hate exercise, (the gym kind anyhow), and, yes, I'm just perverse enough to enjoy eating for the sensual experience it is. Good luck to you though, you're a very attractive woman and if it means a lot to you I have a feeling you'll see it through. As for me, pass the remote and the extra crispy batwings... I'm not much of a fan of the overeating for the Holidays. It has never been a problem! After I had my last kid, I developed a sweet tooth (dammit, that was never an issue either), and having had to rest a lot, and not exercise enough... That's the killer!
