In my world, there are disappointments. In my world, dragons become the multi-heads HYDRA. In my world, there are challenges and the beauty of this is that as I face each challenge in my life...each choice that I make...I know that I will grow stronger for it. The search for perfection has been in existence since the beginning of time...I am not searching for the perfect man, white knight in shining armor, or even Prince Charming. I am just searching for a man that I can feel safe with. A man that I can love. A man that I can respect. A man that I can see myself having children with. A man that I can still love even when he no longer remembers my face, my touch, my kiss or even our love. I will still be there for him and he for me. Further, these things are so easy to say...so easy to write...they are so beautiful to read...yet...the partners that we choose in our life...WILL THEY REMAIN TRUE TO US AS WE HOPE...THE PAST IS ALREADY WRITTEN...THE PRESENT WAS MEANT TO BE LIVED...THE FUTURE IS STILL UNCLEAR...and that is what WE all must weigh as we make our decisions for the rest of our lives!

If you are a silver member (or hell gold and standard as well) and you look at the 'stars' for matches, I am going to have to wonder about you...lol. This site could not pick a decent match for me to save it's life. The same people I will have 2 stars for in one message, the next time there are 4. I have yet to figure out how they decide the arbutrary stars. I can have all green checks and no match, then have 3 red Xs and we are a few stars. *shrug* I like the response, 'because I could'. IMO people sometimes would LOVE to or crave doing something but are worried about what someone else would think of the actions. Many have mentioned 'wanting' to do what I do, I'll remind them they can. It is all about choices. I do things because I am choosing to do them.

Faster than a speeding glacier... Slower than a slug swimming in molasses... Some where around the rate a bug stuck in resin turns to amber... Could this site move any faster? Dec 26, 2008 10:51 am 1839 Views So the Jehovah's Witnesses that provide the complimentary free holiday meal to everyone in our building didn't show up, even though we contributed by buying their over priced candy throughout the year.. No Turkey soup for thee and me... This leaves me with one option, dig through the pantry, the fridge and of course the trunk of the Flatulent Bumble Bee Sounding Bat Mobile Looking Buick,to see what I can come up with, meals on wheels so to speak... My horn of ill plenty; One can of salmon, use by date unknown... Two jars of instant gravy... Three calling cards with complimentary stick of gummy something attached... Four golden pears, I think they're pears... Five sticks of something celery like that even the guinea pig won't eat... Six milk dudes,still in the box, lint free, slightly... Seven ounces of sour cream, call it curdled, could be cream cheese... Eight brown eggs, I don't think they were laid that way... Nine Tootsie rolls well aged... Ten freezer burnt chicken pork franks... Eleven Grapes or cherry tomato's, color's not quite right, they could be raisins... Twelve slices of stale rye bread.. and of course the remnants of a ham frozen from Christmas past, I don't know what year... could be beef or mastodon steaks, it's been in there so long... All this and I haven't even checked the Crock Pot for Thanksgiving's left overs yet... So what'd You Have For Your Holiday Meal?

I am curious as to how Barbie became the standard of measure for "attractiveness" when ladies claim to not be a Barbie?! Barbie was made in 1/6th scale which makes her 5'9", 110lb (35lb underweight) with measurements of 36 inches (chest), 18 inches (waist) and 33 inches (hips). Is this really what we want? I say no. You are beautiful just the way you are, not Barbie!

HMMMMMMMM. Likes..... Independant women, (know who you are, and what ya want, and know how to get it yourself. Nothing more impressive than a conscientiously driven woman.) comfortable women, (know how to turn off that little voice in the back of your mind that tells you your too fat. If I tell you your beautiful, believe me. I wouldn't be with you if I didn't think you were.) Imaginative, (there's more to life and relationships, than the job, the cell phone, and the idiots we have to deal with. I love a woman who can let her mind FLY! And be creative for the fun of it.) striving for peace, (life is short enough, without having to shorten it further with unnecessary mental anguish....hormones notwithstanding. Life is not a problem to stew over and try to solve....It's just life. rather than create problems to stave off boredom, create fun! PLAY!) Adaptable, (Life IS change, may as well get used to it. LOVE when a woman knows how to take it all in stride.) Dislikes..... judgemental! (about me or anyone I know....nobody is changing for you!) materialistic! (it's good to have class, but ultimately it's just stuff.) Dramatic! (leave the soap operas to the people who are paid for it, again....life is short enough.) Scared! (It's fine to be cautious, but don't be afraid to change a little, experiement a little, and take a little risk.) Other than that.....It's all good!
