Like you, I seem to find that my productivity usually is at its best immediately after I run. It sounds like you are well on track toward hitting your goal. Keep up the good work and try not to over think things. I know- easier said than done.

My creativity peaks when I'm at my most relaxed mentally, when I'm driving, running or just waking up or falling asleep. Of course, those times are the hardest to actually write things down so I can remember them.

As far as overthinking, I've been doing it for 57 years and, as much as I'd like to stop, I think it's a foregone conclusion I'm going to keep doing it, despite my best efforts to stop.

Thanks. It's going to be a challenge. Work has a way of worming it's way into my life at the worst possible times. So there's that added distraction to deal with.
